Here, you nourish your spiritual being, heal, share authentically and raise your energy vibrations through the love, healing powers and support of the sangha.
As Thich Nhat Hanh says, one cannot take refuge in anything but the earth, the sky, Buddha, Dharma and Sangha. These are the only true realities that remain constant.
